How many people are applying for the loan?*

If you hold any joint loans you could increase your chances of approval by applying with the same person.

If the application is for a joint account, all applicants must be aware of and agree to the information in this form being provided to Bankwest. By opening a joint account, either account holder will be able to authorise transactions and amend the account instructions.

To apply, you need to:

  • Be over 18 years old and an Australian permanent resident
  • Supply valid identification document details so that Bankwest can verify my identity with the document issuer. By agreeing to proceed with electronic identification, I consent to Bankwest sending my information to credit reporting bodies for this purpose. If Bankwest is unable to verify my identity electronically, I will need to attend a branch or Australia Post to complete the identification process.
  • Know that we might call, email or SMS you about this application
  • If I am a foreign tax resident, I will provide my valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) if required
